"Everything A Sell" Canellation & Refund Policy

This cancellation & refund policy is intended to educate our clients on procedures we undergo whenever there are circumstances in which a refund claim or cancellation against an order or transaction is initiated and “Everything A Sell” liabilities to such claims. By registering for any of “Everything A Sell” services, you are stating that you have read and accepted all of the terms and conditions outlined in this refund policy along with our Listing Policy & Terms of Service.

Coverage & Scope

This refund policy covers the treatment of refunds by “Everything A Sell” and/or a website owned and operated by “Everything A Sell”.

This refund policy does not apply to the practices of companies that “Everything A Sell” does not own or control, or of persons that “Everything A Sell” does not employ or manage, including any third-party service and/or product providers bound by contract and any third-party websites to which “Everything A Sell” website is linked.

Filing a complaint

“Everything A Sell” believes that every advertiser who promote their products & services on “Everything A Sell” starts with a sale in mind. Therefore, all possible attempts of amicably working out a mutually acceptable solution should be a priority due to an unsatisfactory service or simply a change of mind. Refund is a last resort that may be taken when things are absolutely not working out. Ultimately, our goal is to a reach a mutually satisfactory solution. If you are unsatisfied for any reason that has caused you to think about filing a refund claim, we kindly ask that you take few minutes to submit a ticket to initiate a dialog before requesting a refund.
Refund claims should only be filed if we are unable to come to a mutually satisfactory solution.

Cancellation of Service

Any or all services may be canceled by either party without notice and as such are subjected to various refund proceedings. If a subscription is cancelled or postponed by or on behalf of a customer, the initial payment is retained by “Everything A Sell”. In the event that your subscription was canceled by “Everything A Sell” for violation of our Listing Policies or Terms of Services you are not entitled to a refund otherwise you may apply for a full refund.

Cancellation Consideration Period

 A full refund may be given to a customer upon request provided that the customer had not violated any of the outlined terms of services and is within a seven (7) day period from the date of payment of the subscription in question.

Eligibility for refund

If you are not happy with the outcome and have gone through the resolution process, we offer a full refund for all subscription & purchases made on our website. We encourage our customers to take advantage of the free listing feature before subscribing to one of our paid packages.

When Are You Ineligible For Refund?

  • If you are in violation of our rules listed in our Listing Policies or Terms of Services on three (3) or more instances.
  • If we’ve sent you emails saying you’ve broken our rules, and you keep breaking them.
  • If you have posted multiple listings for the same item (no duplicates!).
  • If you delete a listing you paid to ‘Promote’.
  • If you’ve paid to ‘Promote’ a listing then you decided you no longer wanted that listing to be ‘promoted’ but another listing instead.
  • Unutilized subscriptions. In certain cases we may refund the last month and credit your account with the months not used as to allow you to utilize our services in the future.

 Important info: There are more situations where we are unable to issue a refund. Also please read our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to remove any or all listings including your account if they are not in accordance with our Listing Policy & Terms of Service without prior notice or refund.

Chargebacks

If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute (i.e. PayPal Dispute) from a credit card company or bank, your listings and/or account will be suspended without notice. A $50 USD chargeback fee (issued to recover fees passed on to us by the credit company), plus any outstanding balances accrued as a result of the chargeback(s) must be paid in full before your listings or account is restored.
Instead of issuing a chargeback, please contact us to address any billing issues. Requesting a chargeback or opening a PayPal dispute for a valid charge from us is fraud and is never an appropriate or legal means of obtaining a refund. Please read and make sure you fully understand our refund policy prior to making a payment.

Processing of Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of the cancellation date and will be made using the same method of payment as origin. If we are unable to process the refund by the original payment method you will be notified of such conditions as to allow an agreement of a mutual method.

Please note: Although we initiate refunds on our end within the stipulated time, delays may exist with processing from your financial institution.

Notification of Changes

“Everything A Sell” may at any time in its sole discretion, amend this policy from time to time. Once an amendment is made a notification will be posted on all Pages of “Everything A Sell” Website for a period of 30 days from the date of change. Please review this policy periodically, your continued use of “Everything A Sell” website after any such amendments signifies your acceptance thereof.
