We reserve the right to remove any content posted on our site at any time for any reason. “Everything A Sell” will make decisions as to whether content violates any terms in its sole discretion after we have actual notice of such posting. We treat free members and premium members equally when dealing with terms violation. In order to keep our marketplace flowing efficiently there are a few guidelines we have set forth for listing submission. 

What are the rules?

• You’re only allowed one account.

  By default each account is allowed three (3) free listings. The intent is to allow each new user the opportunity to figure out if the platform is right for them.
  If it is discovered you fraud the system by creating multiple accounts without prior written approval, all appropriate actions will be taken which may include but not limited to restricting account access & disable all subsequent listings. Some cases may require further legal action depending on the severity & occurrences.
  All affected accounts are not be subjected to a refund for purchase made. Please take a look at our Refund Policy and Terms of Services

• Post it once, absolutely no duplicates.

  Duplicate listings can be very confusing to buyers and job seekers, it also hurt us in the eyes if search engines. To simplify the process we asked that each listing is posted only once. In the case your listing is pushed down to subsequent pages, please consider using the promotion feature provided for each listing.

• Clean, clear and accurate photos please.

  We’ll ask you to take down misleading images if they lie about what you’re selling. For example, posting a pictures of a vehicle, property or product you aren’t authorized to sell.

• Clean concise titles.

  In the effort of making our website simultaneously user friendly & search engine optimized we strictly prohibit listings with an ALL CAPS TITLE. You can however publish your listing with the first letter of each word being capitalized. We suggest only use ALL-CAPS where necessary in your listing description. All Titles on our website are prominently displayed with a different font weight & size which is very distinguishable.
  You may not include your email address, phone number or website address in your listing titles, there are clearly defined fields for contact details.

• No contact details in descriptions.

  All listing types clearly display the appropriate contact fields in the submission forms. Please make all efforts to ensure the fields are correctly enter. That way we will be better able to protect your business and private information from malicious users.

• No links to other websites in your listing.

  There’s a dedicated field for website links when posting various listing types. Please don’t post links in the description fields or other fields that are dedicated to other listing details.

• If you’ve sold it, take your listing down.

  It can be frustrating to buyer contacting sellers or job listing agencies about listings that are no longer available, to make the platform overall more user friendly please remove all listings that are no longer available.

• Select the most accurate details you can.

  This will give you the best exposure and keep our site clean and tidy.

• No spam please.

  This includes spam listings that offer no additional benefit to the community as well as keyword spamming or keyword stuffing listings or listings that are false, deceptive, misleading, deceitful, or constitutes as a “bait and switch” listing. Let’s keep our community clean.

• Only sell it if you have it.

  It can be frustrating to have customers consistently trying to connect with sellers for products that are not on hand. We ask that you only sell products you currently have on hand or products you contractually have an agreement with a supplier to provide on demand.

• Play nice with the community.

  Please refrain from posting content in your listings that is abusive, threatening, false, misleading, inaccurate, unfair, exaggerated, libelous and defamatory. Promotes or incites violence, terrorism, illegal acts, or hatred on any grounds including but not limited to race, ethnicity, cultural identity, religious belief, disability, gender identity or sexual orientation or is otherwise objectionable.

• Don’t discriminate.

  Please refrain from posting listings that violates any local laws or in general unfair to a particular demographic. In its simplest form please don’t add any content in your listings that depict or state in any notice the sale or rental of any dwelling that is discriminatory based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status or handicap

• Don’t violate employment opportunity laws.

  Please refrain from posting listings that violates various employment laws, including but not limited to, stating in any listing for employment a preference or requirement based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, or disability.

• Don’t be malicious or impersonate others

  Please refrain from posting listings that includes personal or identifying information about another person or entity without that their explicit consent or impersonates any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a “Everything A Sell” employee, or falsely states or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity (this provision does not apply to content that constitutes lawful non-deceptive parody of public figures.)

• Be original

  Please refrain from posting listings that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party, or content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships.

• No affiliate marketing

  Please refrain from posting listings that constitutes or contains “affiliate marketing,” “link referral code,” “junk mail,” “spam,” “chain letters,” “pyramid schemes,” or unsolicited commercial advertisement.

• Keep it legal

  Please refrain from posting listings that advertises any illegal service or the sale of any item the sale of which is prohibited or restricted by any applicable law or goes against our policies. View a list of prohibited items for sale.

• No malicious software, codes or viruses

  Please refrain from posting listings that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.

In addition to our listing rules you agree to:

• Not contact anyone who has asked not to be contacted, or make unsolicited contact with anyone for any commercial purpose;

• Not “stalk” or otherwise harass anyone
• Not collect personal data about other users for commercial or unlawful purposes
• Not use automated means, including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools, or the like to download data from the service – unless expressly permitted by “Everything A Sell“
• Not post non-local or otherwise irrelevant listings or content or otherwise impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure
• Not post the same item or service in more than one listing type or in more than one metropolitan area
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to “Everything A Sell” computer systems or engage in any activity that disrupts, diminishes the quality of, interferes with the performance of, or impairs the functionality of, the Service or the “Everything A Sell” website
• Not use any form of automated submission device or computer program that enables the submission of listings on “Everything A Sell” without each listing being manually entered by the author thereof (an “automated listing device”), including without limitation, the use of any such automated listing device to submit listings in bulk, or for automatic submission of listings at regular intervals, unless otherwise approved in writing by “Everything A Sell“)
• Not use any form of automated reporting device or computer program (“reporting tool”) that enables the use of “Everything A Sell” “reporting system” or other community moderation systems without each report being manually entered by the person that initiates the report. Also you may not use a reporting tool to remove listings of competitors, or to remove listings without a good faith belief that the listing being reported violates these Terms.
